As a student enrolled at Sorbonne University, you have access to comprehensive health and wellbeing support through the Student Health Department, which is here to assist and support you throughout your studies.

What does the Student Health Department offer? 

The Student Health Department helps you maintain your health by offering: 

  • Free one on one consultations by appointment (Initial medical check-up, nutrition, vaccination). 

  • Priority health interviews for first-year students or newly arrived in France.

  • Sexual health consultations for all students through the Sexual Health for All initiative (gynecology, contraception, sexology, etc.).

  • Mental Health Support through consultations with or without an appointment.

Medical consultation for students with disabilities

This consultation aims to assess any medical condition that may create a situation of disability for the student within the university and to validate the accommodations required for the proper conduct of their academic program, both for course/exam accommodation ("aménagement d'études") process, within the limits of what can be implemented by the faculty in which the student is enrolled.

If you already have approved accommodation at your home institution, remember to inform your faculty at Sorbonne University so that the appropriate measures can be put in place during your stay.
