Finalise your enrolment at Sorbonne University (Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent level)
Congratulations, your application to Sorbonne University has been accepted. It's time to finalise your registration! This essential stage includes administrative registration, payment of any tuition fees and the Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC) if applicable, then enrolment on the course. You’ll find all the information you need to complete your enrolment and access all of Sorbonne University’s services.
Administrative registration
Administrative registration makes your arrival at Sorbonne University official. At the end of this procedure, you will receive your student card and your certificate of enrolment, documents certifying your enrolment.
At this stage, you will be asked to pay your tuition fees and the Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC), unless you are exempt. This contribution enables Sorbonne University to fund initiatives for students and develop campus life for its community.
Since 2019, the French government has introduced differentiated tuition fees for non-EU students enrolling in higher education institutions to obtain a national degree.
Firmly committed to welcoming international students, Sorbonne University unanimously approved its exemption policy for the 2026–2027 academic year on 7 July 2026. This exemption policy aims to ensure that non-EU students benefit from tuition fees equivalent to those paid by other students, while remaining in accordance with the provisions of the Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2026.

This stage is essential if you are to sit the exams at the end of the semester. This involves formalising your course choices and drawing up your timetable.
